称取本品29.3g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1 L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装试管，121℃高压灭菌15min。临用时如果粉红色部分超过1/3高度时，应加热(100℃)驱氧，全管呈现粉红色时，不可再用。Suspend 29.3 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into tubes.Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.If more than 1/3 of the medium is pink,reheat(100℃)it before use to drive off dissplved oxygen,If all the medium is pink,do not use again.

用于培养需氧菌、微需氧菌的厌氧菌，还用于药品生物制品的无菌试验，及食品中产气荚膜羧菌的厌氧培养。For cultivaiting aerobic,microaerophilic and anaerobic bacteria,and for sterility testing of pharmaceuticals and biological products,and for cultivating Clostridium perfringens in food.
