称取本品32g,加入蒸馏水或去离子水1 L,搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解,分装试管和三角瓶,121℃高压灭菌15min。Suspend 32 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into tubes or flasks.Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
胨Peptone.................................10.0g 牛肉浸出粉Beef extract....................3.0g 氯化钠Sodium chloride.....................5.0g 琼脂Agar..................................14g 最终pH Final pH...........................7.2±0.2 有效期:三年 Period of validity:Three years.
用于细菌总数测定、纯培养及保存菌种,也可用于消毒效果测定。For enumerating,cultivating,and preserving nonfastidious bacteria,and for evaluating the efficacy of disinfection.
