称取本品49g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1 L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装三角瓶，121℃高压灭菌20min。Suspend 49 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into flasks.Autoclave at 121℃ for 20 minutes.
