称取本品33g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1 L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，待冷后加入多粘菌素B 250000U，调至pH7.4，分装试管，121℃高压灭菌15min。Suspend 33 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Cool to 50℃ and add 250000U of Polymyxin B to the base medium.Distribute into tubes.Autocalave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
蛋白胨Peptone.............................10g 酵母膏粉Yeast extract.....................3g 氯化钠Sodium chloride.....................20g 最终pH Final pH...........................7.4±0.2 有效期：三年 Period of validity:Three years.
用于副溶血性弧菌的选择性增菌培养。For selective enrichment of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
