称取本品20.1g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1 L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装试管，121℃灭菌15min。称取40mg萘啶酮酸(029992)溶于10ml 0.05mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中，另称取15mg 吖啶黄素(029990)溶于10ml灭菌蒸馏水或去离子水中，过滤除菌，使用前225ml培养基中加入萘啶酮酸溶液1.1ml和吖啶黄溶液1.8ml。Suspend 20.1 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into tubes.Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.Suspend 40 mg of nalidixic acid in 10 ml of sterile distilled or deionized water,stirelidixic acid solution and 1.8ml acriflavine HCL solution to 225 ml of the base medium.
