称取本品62.5g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，勿高压灭菌，待冷至50℃左右，倾注灭菌培养皿。Suspend 62.5g in 1L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Do not autoclave.Cool to 50℃ and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
