称取本品93.6g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装三角瓶。121℃高压灭菌20min，冷至30℃，每100ml基础中加入碘液2ml，0.1%煌绿溶液1ml(SR0040)，混合均匀。Suspend 93.6g in 1L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into flask.Autocalave at 121℃ for 20minutes and then cool to 30℃.Add 2ml of iodine solution(SR0040)to 100ml of base medium.Mix thoroughly.
