称取本品36g，加入1 L蒸馏水或去离子水，(如配成脑心浸萃琼脂培养基，另加入15g琼脂)，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装试管或三角瓶，121℃灭菌15分钟。将40 ml 10%无菌牛胆汁加入60 ml脑—心浸萃液态培养基中，可配成胆汁液态培养基。Suspend 36g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.(To prepare the Brain Heart Infusion Agar,add 15g agar to the medium.)Heart with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into tubes or flaks.Autoclave at 121℃ for 15minutes.To prepare the medium containing oxgall,add 40ml 10% sterile oxgall solution to 60ml of the liquid medium.
